Payment Information

Credit Card Payments: Credit card payments will be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.

Wire payments: Please note that wire transfers incur both incoming and outgoing fees. Outgoing fees vary depending on your bank. Please make sure that you wire adequate funds to cover both the incoming and the outgoing wire fees.

Personal Check Payments: Please make your check payable to Windridge Camps and send it to: PO Box 820, Stowe, VT 05672.

Early Bird Discount

Returning families receive 2025 tuition rates if they enroll before October 31, 2025. Application and deposit are required by 10/31/25.

Tuition Payments

A $1,000 deposit is required at the time of application. Deposits are non-refundable unless your camper is on a wait list and a space does not become available.

Once we receive your application and deposit, your camper's space is guaranteed. 

Tuition balance is due May 1st.

Payments after May 1st will incur a 3% late fee.

Available Discounts

• Regular session campers receive a $1000 discount if they enroll for two sessions.

• Siblings receive a $500 discount when enrolled in the same summer.

• Refer a new family to Windridge, and both families receive a $200 discount.

• New Vermont families receive a $500 discount on tuition. Proof of residency required.

• Top 25 regional ranked tennis players receive a $500 discount.

Cancellation Policy 

Deposits are non-refundable (unless your camper is on the wait list and a space does not become available).

Tuition balance will be refunded only if the spot can be filled from our waiting list. In the event that the spot cannot be filled, full tuition is forfeited.

Tuition Protection Insurance

We encourage families to think about purchasing tuition insurance protection through a third-party to cover their investment. MH Ross has a policy to consider if you look into this, linked here. Parents should understand the limits, coverage, and benefits offered prior to purchasing coverage.
