Golf Camp

May the course be with you!
golf players at windridge camps

Golf is Windridge's newest major. Sixteen campers (on a first-come, first-serve basis) travel 5 minutes down the road to the Northfield Country Club, where they study and play golf for three periods.

Eight campers will play in the morning under the watchful eye of our electives and golf staff. The second group of eight will be at the golf course in the afternoon. Our staff will provide basic instruction and supervised play for golf majors.

To be considered a golf major, a camper must have played golf for at least a year and have a basic comprehension of the fundamentals and rules of the game. Golf majors are responsible for carrying and caring for their own bags and equipment.

Campers who are ten or younger, must attend a single golf elective to establish acceptance into the golf major.

Campers who are beginners may still sign up for golf as an Elective, but will train on the practice fields on the Teela-Wooket campus.
